  • Care & Use: Simply place pizza in the center and pop in the oven for tender crisp crust; made of heavy and durable Cordierite Stone; to clean, scrape off any excess food, and when the stone has cooled, run it under hot water while scrubbing lightly with a brush; do not use soap; Air-dry the stone;  make sure it is completely dry before reheating to prevent cracking
