OFFICIAL RULES FOR PIRANESI JEWELRY RAFFLE

Benefiting RebuildRenew.org in Support of California Fire Victims

1. SPONSOR & ELIGIBILITY

The Piranesi Jewelry Raffle (“Raffle”) is benefiting RebuildRenew.org, a [501(c)(3) nonprofit organization,located at 395 Santa Monica Place, Suite 250, Santa Monica, CA 90401 and sponsored by Good Goods LLC DBA Belle Shops, located at 48 East Broadway, Jackson, WY 83001

This Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The Raffle begins on February 22, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on March 24, 2025, at 5:29 PM MST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received before the deadline.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Raffle by:

• Purchasing a ticket for $300 per ticket] at www.belleshops.com, via text at 307.733.2640 or in person at any Belle Shops location.

4. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded:

First Drawing

• Piranesi Style E5478 – A pair of 18K yellow gold small Classic Flower diamond earrings with a combined diamond weight of 2.20 carats.  Retail Value: $9,110.00.

Second Drawing

• Piranesi Style N6082 – An 18K yellow gold large Classic Flower necklace with a combined diamond weight of 3.17 carats.  Retail Value: $19,740.00.

No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on March 24, 2025 at One&Only Moonlight Basin at 5:30 PM MST. The drawing will be conducted by Belle Shops.

Winner(s) will be notified via email or phone within 5 days. If a winner does not respond within  7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. TAXES & FEES

The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the prize. If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless RebuildRenew.org, Piranesi, One&Only Moonlight Basin, and Good Goods LLC DBA Belle Shops, their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information for administering this Raffle and for promotional purposes.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Void where prohibited by law.

10. DISCLOSURE & REGULATIONS

This Raffle is conducted in compliance with Montana state gaming laws and charitable raffle regulations. RebuildRenew.org is a registered nonprofit organization and is authorized to conduct this Raffle under Montana law.
