The USA Pan Large Cookie Sheet Pan is a commercial-grade, heavy-gauge sheet. The corrugated surface design facilitates air circulation for evenly baked goods and quick release. This pan is coated with Americoat which is a silicone that protects from sticking and is made with a blend of new and recycled aluminized steel and wire. When using utensils, please work with wood, silicone or plastic.
