The USA Pan Small Scoop Pan is a commercial grade, heavy gauge sheet. The corrugated surface design facilitates air circulation for evenly baked goods and quick release. This pan is coated with Americoat - a silicone that protects from PTFE, PFOA and BPA - made with a blend of New and recycled steel.
